SEEDA undertook a comprehensive consultation with stakeholders in business, local government and the voluntary sector to produce the third Regional Economic Strategy (RES) for South East England, 2006-2016.
Following the publication of the RES, SEEDA has been working with key partners across the region to identify specific activities that partners will undertake to deliver the strategy.
Living and working in one of the world's most advanced regional economies brings both benefits and challenges, and the decade ahead will test our resourcefulness and ingenuity to the utmost. The purpose of this strategy is to set a course for the region's economy that addresses those challenges, and secures the benefits of success for all who live and work in the South East.
