The South East has a wealth of diversity in its people, but is an asset we have yet to fully engage with in the economic success of the region. Unlocking the potential of our diverse communities offers the region new talent and creativity, new perspectives and new markets. We should want to offer equal opportunity for all as of right, but we also need to recognise the benefits for all of engaging the wider community.
