Guidance for Training Providers

The RDPE does not fund trainees direct, but instead works through training providers in the region who will make RDPE funded courses available to eligible trainees.

Trainees wishing to access RDPE funded courses should contact their local training provider or agricultural college - arrangements are currently being made to fund training providers but these will not be finalised until April 2008 so please be a little patient.

Training providers who wish to access RDPE funds should first contact SEEDA to discuss their proposals and how they could fit with other RDPE funded training activities in the region. Further to advice from SEEDA you might wish to submit an expression of interest which is mandatory before making a full grant application. Please see below the expression of interest form - completion of this is self-explanatory.
