The winners of the fourth annual SEEDA Sustainable Business Awards were announced to an audience of over 400 business leaders from across the region at Thorpe Park.
- Unlocking Talent for Effective Business -

The Social Dialogue Forum (SDF) supported by SEEDA hosted a Diversity Conference entitled 'Unlocking Talent for Effective Business' on Thursday, 18th November 2004 at The Hilton Metropole, Brighton. The Conference addressed key diversity issues and identified how, by unlocking talent in the workplace and from the wider community, business organisations can benefit from increased productivity and profits.
Attendees also had the opportunity to build their own 'good practice' tooklit and discuss the issues raised with other profesionals from the South East. The Conference was attended by around 100 managers and representatives from small and medium sized companies, the voluntary sector, Trades Union representatives and those involved in equal opportunitites at work.
